The Chemsoc Summer Ball will be at Time Bar on the 12th June, 8pm - 1am, with summer formal dress.

We will be having a champagne reception which will be followed by an outdoor bbq. Also the prizes from the last bar crawl will be given out and the new committee will officially take the reigns of ChemSoc for next year!

Tickets are £10 for Chemsoc Members and £15 for non-members.

We’ve also got some drinks deals: £2 for bottles of beer, £1 shooters, and 2 for £5 cocktails!

There will be a camera social on wed 21st people should get into groups between 3 and 5, we will be selling t-shirts which you can decorate with you team name, there will be a list of photos required, you will need to supply your own cameras (preferably digital so you can email us your entries but we will be willing to develop films).

Points will be awarded for imaginative team names and brilliant and amusing photos, and there is a prize for the winning team. The bar crawl will end up at Red Leicester. More info and details will follow!!!

Its finally here! ChemSoc now has its own website - we’re not just a group on facebook anymore!

We’ll be posting regular news updates, and events, as well as all sorts of other cool stuff. Also anyone can register and get involved!

I’m still changing the design at the moment, so if the site suddenly looks completely different, chances are it isn’t broken, its just me fiddling!
